Safety Instructions

Check that Child is Secured;

Buckle is fastened.

Harness straps are not twisted.

Harness is snug – A snug harness cannot be pinched horizontally, and should not allow any slack.

Chest clip is level with armpits.

Harness straps are positioned at or below child’s shoulders.

If the child weighs 22 lb or more, shoulder and crotch pads have been removed.

Nuna Pipa RX Manual Washing Instructions

DO NOT use bleach or other harsh chemicals to clean any part of the seat. DO NOT attempt to iron the covers or pads.

Use only mild detergent, water and a soft cloth to clean the infant carrier shell, handle and harness straps. Then Air dry.

To clean the buckle: rinse using warm water. DO NOT use any soaps, solvents or lubricants. Using anything other than water can cause the buckle to malfunction. Air dry.

Maintenance;

Remove the infant carrier from the vehicle seat if not in use for a long period of time. Put the infant carrier in a cool, dry place and somewhere your child can not access it.

DO NOT attempt to remove the foam under the seat pad.

Check regularly if everything functions properly. If any parts are torn, broken, or missing, stop using this product.

Is Nuna Pipa RX Machine Washable?

The fabrics ( car seat cover) can be machine washed on a delicate cycle, with cold water and mild detergent, and then allowed to drip dry. The car seat itself (harness system) can only be cleaned by hand using mild soap and water.

When To Remove Nuna Pipa RX Infant Insert?

The infant insert for Nuna PIPA RX car seat should be removed once the child weighs 11 lbs.
