It’s important to clean and disinfect on a regular basis (daily or weekly). Don’t place the humidifier on a liquid surface. Unplug from power outlet when not in use.
How To Use Crane Humidifier Step by Step
- After unboxing, place the humidifier on a non-metallic table. Make sure there’s no water on the table so it doesn’t get into the base and cause damages.
- Remove the mist lid and remove the water tank from the base.
- Unscrew and fill the water tank with cool water, then screw tightly.
- Place the water tank back onto the base.
- Plug the humidifier on a wall outlet socket. Twist the control knob to turn on.
- To change direction of mist, twist mist lid to desired direction.
Troubleshooting
If your Crane Humidifier shows a red light and is not working, get it to work with any of these 5 steps;
- Check the water reservoir, fill it up if the water level is low.
- Reduce the quantity of water if the tank is filled to the brim
- Take apart the humidifier with a screw and inspect for water accumulated on any of the circuitry. If so, dry it off with a paper towel and let the unit air dry for about an hour.
- Check the blue o ring (vent), ensure it is dried.
- Place the blue o ring between the cap on the bottom and tank
